Year 2 Block, St Hildas School
GMP Management was appointed as Project and Cost Manager for the construction of the new Year 2 Classroom block. GMP Management administrated the building contract, assessed progress claims and variations. This project was delivered on budget and ahead of programme.
Pre Prep and Outdoor Learning A B Paterson College
GMP Management was recently appointed Project Manager, Superintendent and Quantity Surveyor for the construction of new state of the art, three storey Learning Centre building and external playground facilities and landscaping. The facility will house a rainforest-themed playground, three pre-prep classrooms, after-hours care facility and cafe and film studio on the ground level. The upper levels will feature a Year 4-6 library, academic research space, learning spaces, atrium viewing deck and a 160-seat multipurpose lecture theatre. The project is due to be completed January 2019.
Parkwood Sports Precinct (Titans Training Centre)
GMP Management was engaged as the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Superintendent for construction of the Parkwood Sports Precinct, the new home and training facility including gym and swimming pool for the Titans Rugby League Club. The complex also included a combination of retail and medical tenancies.
Outdoor Learning, St Andrews Lutheran College
GMP Management was engaged as Project Manager under the Queensland Government’s Department of Communities, Sport and Recreation Infrastructure Programme. GMP Management’s primary role was to deliver the construction of the Covered Outdoor Learning Area which is a mixed sporting facility. The project was successfully completed April 2012.
Admin Centre, St Andrews Lutheran College
Following the successful completion of two previous projects at St Andrews, GMP Management was again appointed Project and Cost Manager on the construction of the new Administration Building. GMP Management managed the project from initial design stage through to current construction works. The project was completed September 2012.
Reeves Building, St Hildas School
GMP Management was Project and Cost Manager for the major renovation of the existing Reeves Building at St Hildas School, and has been involved from the initial concept through to completion. In this unique project the Architectural Design was chosen through a competition process, with submissions from select Queensland based Architects, overseen by GMP Management. The Building Works were tendered to Contractors in October 2013 with the successful Tenderer, Condev Construction commencing works in January 2014. This project was completed in May 2015.
Pre-Prep Building, St Andrews Lutheran College
GMP Management was Project Manager, Superintendent and Quantity Surveyor for the new Pre-Prep facility with three classrooms and featuring large play area, timber play equipment, high raking ceilings and cutting edge finishes. This project was successfully completed November 2014.
