Audi Terminal, Southport
This high quality, iconic building is the new home to Audi on the Gold Coast. The building includes state-of-the-art workshop, flowing showroom, gallery level with café, administration level and basement parking for 95 vehicles.
The high standard of finishes are unique with barisol back lit ceilings to the handover area, terrazzo micro showroom floor and perforated formed metal façade.
GMP Management were appointed as Project and Cost Managers for the completion of the project, undertaking all contract administration, consultant co-ordination and approvals management.
Parkwood Sports Precinct (Titans Training Centre)
GMP Management was engaged as the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Superintendent for construction of the Parkwood Sports Precinct, the new home and training facility including gym and swimming pool for the Titans Rugby League Club. The complex also included a combination of retail and medical tenancies.
Isuzu Dealership, Gaven
GMP Management was engaged as Project and Cost Manager of the new Isuzu Dealership located at Gaven which houses Isuzu Trucks, Isuzu Utes, VW and Used Cars. The dealership comprises large showrooms, complete workshop facilities, car wash, customer lounge, handover area, offices, amenities and vehicle display. The project was successfully completed in February 2018.
Kurrawa Surf Lifesaving Club, Broadbeach
GMP Management was engaged as Project Manager and Superintendent for the construction of a new Kurrawa SLSC which included demolition of the existing facility. The project also includes a Council required upgrade to the local park amenities. The new Club has upgraded Surf Life Saving facilities as well as restaurant and bar with gaming and a ground floor café. The new Surf Life Saving Club was successfully completed in December 2017.
Harbour Town Shopping Centre, NW Extension
GMP Management was engaged as Project Manager for the $14 million expansion of the North West side of Harbour Town Shopping Centre. This comprised enlargement of the car park and creation of a Luxury Precinct with a range of new high-end brand specialty retail outlets. As the shopping centre was still trading, it was essential that construction was completed with minimal disruption to the existing retailers and their customers. The project reached Practical Completion in June 2016.
Cruise Whitsunday Ferry Terminal, Airlie Beach
GMP Management was engaged as the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Superintendent for the Cruise Whitsundays new Ferry Terminal building which included a fuel farm and off-shore marina berthing pontoons. Construction works were completed August 2014.
Hyundai Dealership, Southport
This project involved total refurbishment of the existing Hyundai Dealership building to meet Hyundai Motor Company Australia’s corporate design and identity.
GMP Management was appointed Project and Cost Manager through all phases of the project. This role included co-ordinating the design, council approvals, tender, contract administration and liaising with Hyundai Australia to ensure compliance to their corporate identity and separate signage installations.
The new dealership includes on ground level, vehicle showroom, fluidic display, handover area, customer lounge, offices and mezzanine level for offices and staffroom.
Mazda and Hyundai Dealerships, Robina
Two new Mazda and Hyundai Dealerships were constructed for the Robina Car Dealership precinct. Each dealership comprises large showroom, complete workshop facilities, car wash, customer lounge, handover area, offices, amenities and vehicle display.
GMP Management was appointed as Project and Cost Managers with the project successfully completed September 2013.
Mazda Dealership, Lismore
GMP Management undertook all Project and Cost Management throughout all phases of the project, including design management, pre-construction approvals, competitive tenders and adjudication, contract administration, post-contract approvals and handover.
The new Mazda Dealership in Lismore includes vehicle showroom, customer lounge, offices, handover area, offices and staffroom on mezzanine level.
Drayton Shopping Centre, Toowoomba
GMP Management was appointed to deliver a new retail facility comprising approximately 6,000m² and housing a new Woolworths store and 14 specialty stores. The role included management of statutory and authority approvals, design development, tender and construction. The project was completed in 2013.
Twin Towns Services Club, Tweed Heads
Following the millennium tower extensions to the Club in 2000 for which Ian Pert was responsible, GMP Management was also the Project Manager for the new extension which included convention/auditorium space, 4 cinemas, new bars / restaurants and facilities. Stage 1 of the works comprising new Sports Bar, Atrium entry, Restaurants and Outdoor alfresco gambling is completed with further renovations ongoing.
Jaguar/Landrover & Audi Dealerships, Springwood
GMP Management was appointed the Project and Cost Manager for the construction of two new luxury car dealerships at Springwood; Jaguar/Landrover and Audi. Each dealership comprises basement carparking, large showroom, complete workshop facilities, car wash, customer lounge, handover area, mezzanine level, offices and amenities. The project was successfully completed February 2016.
