Colliers International grows its Project Management business with strategic acquisition

 

Colliers International today announced the acquisition of GMP Management Pty Ltd (“GMP Management”), an Australian project management firm founded in 1989 with extensive experience in delivering successful commercial, hotels, residential and retail projects.

The acquisition by Colliers International complements and enhances its existing award-winning Project Management business and expands the number of project management experts across Australia and New Zealand.

$10m to be spent on new surf club for Kurrawa

A NEW $10 million modern Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club is to be built at Broadbeach within three years.

The 52-year-old club this week submitted a development application to the Gold Coast City Council for its plans, which include the demolition of the existing building.

A new clubhouse, expected to cost between $8 million and $10 million will be built on land just south of the existing club.

CHEVRON Island looks set to reach new heights with a 30-level serving of “blissful’’ apartment living.

A purpose-formed development company has unveiled plans for a tower – Bliss on Chevron – to front Thomas Drive, the suburb’s main thoroughfare, and Darrambal St .

Bliss will have 228 apartments and include a cafe and resident-friendly features such as a drying and storage room on each floor for surfboards and bicycles.
